You will not only experience physical benefits through exercising with a Trainer, but you will also gain knowledge of exercise, nutrition, motivation, encouragement, and develop confidence in yourself.
By achieving your optimal fitness, wellness, and lifestyle habits include incorporating and balancing a number of components. Personal training assesses each component and identifies areas of improvement, and provides a solution. By hiring a trainer you are able to receive a personalized plan that is focused on providing you with the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals.

WHY CHOOSE A TRAINER FROM SHULA'S ATHLETIC CLUB?
Our Trainers are required to have a Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification including the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine, or the American Council on Exercise.
In addition, many of our Trainers have earned or are studying to obtain their degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or Health Administration. All of our Trainers are required to obtain a minimum of twelve continuing education credits over a two year period to maintain their certifications.
