For those with serious food and fitness goals to maintain, here are menu guidelines for 1500 and 3000 calories.
1500 Calorie Holiday Menu

1 Small Banana
Lunch
1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich (Wendy's)
Green Salad
1 T. Ranch Dressing Low Fat/Calorie
Snack
1 cup Hot Cocoa
Holiday Meal
3 oz- Roasted Turkey Breast
1/3 cup Sweet Potato Casserole
1/3 cup Cornbread Stuffing
1 T. Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup Green Snap/String Beans-Boiled
1 each Homemade Roll
1 T Whipped Butter
1 thin (2 oz.) Slice Pumpkin Pie
